  1. Check out Fleet Signals review of the Autumn Class for Halo Fleet Battles. This isn't my video or anything, I actually have no idea who does these vids (though I'm guessing they're on these forums). I'm just a fan of this channel and wanted to share the good work. Thanks, GM
  2. @Bossman2014pug I started a living doc on the HGC Facebook page - anybody can edit and add to it! It covers this topic (it echoes what SpartanDerek has shared above). Check it out here.
  3. Glad to hear you found some players!
  4. Thanks for the share Derek! Looking forward to seeing your work on the table ( if all goes well ).
  5. Admin, please feel free to remove if this post is not okay. I started a doc on the HGC group on Facebook for strategies to use. Please feel free to edit and add as this is a living community page. https://www.facebook.com/notes/1146571188698714/Halo Ground Command: Strategies from the Community/1501903766498786/ Please let me know if there's any permissions issues as I haven't tested that yet. Thanks! Vinnie Vanguard
  6. Thanks for being apart of it Seahawk, and congrats on the win!!! It was fun to run and I look forward to joining in next year!
  7. I get that. In my experience, the heavies usually pull that attention first; basically any BG / SBG with an ORS, or other shiny things with a CCS or RCS like the Golden Path. This turns out to be an advantage for the supp, and let's them get into close range before the enemy makes them a priority. Also, with it's speed of 9 inches, the supp can usually stay out of range in turn 1 and still get into the fray effectively in turns 2 - 4. further, the triple 5-4-4 damage track and 4/4 DefA/PntDef is nothing to shake a stick at (assuming your defense dice pool rolling skills aren't too unlucky ).
  8. Great thoughts here Seahawk! As for '10. Supplicant SBG' - I can personally vouch for this group. I can't think of a game where I haven't included it actually. It's speed, durability and 18 dice output from 2 solutions makes it very potent at 180pts. I use it primarily as a flanker / harasser / finisher; hunting down damaged Valiants while picking off Paris/Halberds with ease. Excellent addition to many fleet builds in my humble opinion.
  9. Love this insight bro - I use your input in my lists. Please keep sharing these thoughts!
  10. There's still spots open for the Ground Command tournament but don't wait to much longer - we are 9 days away from the closing of the Adepticon webcart. Pre registration closes on February 24th at 5 pm CST at www.adepticon.org. Don't miss out! 3 different game types, prizes, swag, and awesome looking terrain on the board! Message Spartan Linde or me with any questions. :

  12. Thank you for this update VoidDancer! ...and yeah, that art is AMAZING!
  13. Haha love this!!!
  14. This is all correct in my opinion. A good place to start is 1500 pts then go from there.
  15. Hey Harmer, welcome to the game!!! 1. So to clarify, (so that I read you correctly) in the Carrier Action (1), the (1) means one wing, not one token? That's correct! 2. And one wing is defined as 2-5 Covenant bombers or 2-4 Covenant fighters? I think you might have this confused with the UNSC rules. The following is what you should be looking for: Covenant wings include: 2-5 Fighters or 2-4 Bombers UNSC wings include: 2-4 Fighters or 2-5 Bombers
